Poor after sales service from Zando

I purchased a pair of Levis shoes on the Zando page. Its been less that 3 months and the shoes ore falling apart. This is not even worn every day. I would have expected much better from a high end brand like Levis. Tried emailing Zando, no reply, even tried calling a number of times, call just stays on hold endlessly. I would like to return these shoes, but I am not getting any response out of Zando
