I am buying from Zando for years and have never had any problems with their service. In fact they was my favorite online provider. I understand that with Black Friday the orders was a lot, but it's been 3 weeks and no sign of my order. Just answer your phones or respond to the emails so we can understand where the problem is and how long it will be before our orders will be delivered.
