Please deliver my Shoes

Order Number: ********** 78 , On the 22 May 2018 i ordered Queenspark Patent Court Shoes with FOB Chain Pink, they delivered with a missing item on chain. it was dispatched from the warehouse unchecked with a fault. i tried emailing and even contacting the supplier on facebook , they give me excuses. Even the manager didnt bother calling back Its returned to the warehouse and they are telling me about their returns process , to date i have not received my shoe. I want my shoe....its the first time i buy online and i receive such terrible service from Zando
