Placed an order but never received delivery

<p>Placed an order with Zando.com received confirmation of date of delivery ( The first company i have dealt with that gives itself any one of 3 days to deliver) and even after that failed to deliver on any one of the 3 mentioned days...there was no email stating that there will be a delay and there bull**** tracking system just says order has been shipped no further updates!!! Had to ensure someone was home for 3days in a row for nothing</p>
