****ed off with the service... cancelled my order when i have paid for it

Highly disappointed and ****ed off with the service... i have ordered and paid on the 5 november and lucky i saw my order is cancelled. And i am awaiting the items. I buy so much here and it is really pathetic service... bladdy stole my money and cancelled my order.... i want the items asap!!!!! Never to shop her again
