****ED CUSTOMER

I ordered shoes online with zando. what a bad service before paying for the shoes they used to send me emails 6 o clock in the morning until i paid. they received my payment on the 26 November 2018. i told myself that because of black Friday they will deliver.but till today i haven't received anything.i send them the email on the 1st of December they rep**** and say they will deliver on the 10th.they don't even answer their calls wen u call them.Even my friend ordered and tried to call but no respond. what a bad service people must know that zando take our money and don't deliver i will never order with them.what ****es me off is they don't answer their calls and take time to respond to my emails.I AM SO ****ED.
