Payment Made - No delivery

I made an order on 22 June 2018 and have still not received it nor has the status changed on the order. I called twice and they promised they'll keep me on the loop but have received zero communication from the team. For a loyal customers for years, I am disappointed!!! They have definitely lost my trust. Not even sure if I'll ever get my order of R1484 :(
