Payment could not be completed

I am very disappointed by Zando, I have made an order this morning and the payment was made and approved I even received an email confirming my order, and I even received an sms from my bank that the money was debited on my account. after few minutes I received another email saying that my order has been cancelled because there was no payment. What I don't understand is how possible is that the money can debited on my account the suddenly you did not receive the money. I have the proof of payment, if you guys fail to process my order can I have my money back.....guys don't be ****** and this was my first and last order with you guys you are unreliable. It was not my first time doing an online order and I am happy with other store but with you I am very disappointed. Please fix this issue
