Pay back the money!

Don't even bother to try and get your money back from Zando, I have had my order cancelled due to "payment not received", meanwhile the money was deducted from my bank account and I have been struggling a month now to be refunded. No one has answers and I always get told that the query has been sent to the finance department. Pathetic! This was on the 14th of January already. Today is the 14th February. Still no answers or money or dress!!!
