Pathetic Zando service!

Placed an order on the 24 Nov, all paid upfront... almost 2 weeks no update on status of order, no delivery, nothing!!!! They don't pick up calls and after sending emails the apologise and promise delivery for the 7th Dec. Today is the 7th Dec, I get an email telling me the item is out of stock and they are giving me a credit. The first time buying with them and its the worst experience ever. PATHETIC!! Still no one picks up the phone, I clearly have made a donation
