PATHETIC VOMMIT IN YOUR MOUTH SORRY EXCUSES ZANDO ONLINE SHOPPING

Been a loyal valid Zando customer up until recently. I feel they not even worthy of that star. I placed an order COD, order came waited longer than usual but that's not the disgusting part. It was for 2 pairs of branded sunglasses. It arrived and I wasn't happy asit didn't suit me as well as I was anticipating. Called in and requested a return, followed the RETURN PROCEDURE which has since been collected. Driver got here I sealed the box in his PRESENCE with my colleagues as witnesses.Now there is problems with the items when it reached their warehouse I don't see how this became my problem was I the $##$^^&%$ COURIER... Well my return request was done 05.04.2019, courier collected items at work address - 08.04.2019 - returns reached their warehouse - 11.04.2019. Now all of a sudden my REFUND is now being delayed still NOTHING UP UNTIL TODAY. They might as well just remove me from their mailing list as I am now OPTING out . PATHETIC SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY
