Pathetic service Zando

Morning All...thought I would share my experience with Zando this festive period with you so you can avoid the same disappointing service...I purchased a pair of shoes..was supposed to be delivered yesterday..they said I came to my work but never did...then when you try and call Zando..you have to wait on the line for about 20 min...and to top it off..when they eventually answer..they cut the call on you...it's appalling this now the second time...I urge you not to use Zando...rathe takealot or superbalist they are way more efficient.
