Pathetic Service.. Where is my order?

On the 28th May I placed an order for a pair of Nike Sneakers, done the payment using my credit card & was told that the goods have been shipped. To date, I haven't recieved my order instead I got a call on Tuesday from someone telling me that they had the incorrect delivery address, which was strange as I had double & triple checked that my address was correct when making the order. Anyway I gave him my address again & he promised that my goods would be delivered the next day. It is now the 04th June and i still have not recieved my parcel. If I had known this was going to be a lengthy process then I could have just gone to the store directly. Please advise the status of this order as I am now frustrated.
