PATHETIC SERVICE - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrified with the service and I see I am not the only one. I have ordered and paid on the 2nd of December, registered with a new email and got no welcome email with my discount code. I received an email confirming my order that says 5-7 days, it's been 10 days now and my order is still being processed? I have emailed multiple times, phoned multiple times and eventually after 20 minutes on the line of the most repetitive ******* ever, I get through to somebody who was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to . You clearly can't deliver as HelloPeter is filled with the same complaints? In my opinion, this is a bunch of ******* and theft. My money has been taken, but absolutely no communications with regards to my order? It was 2 items... nothing special? I did not even get an email to state that there as a backlog, items out of stock or anything to give me peace of mind of at least excuse the delay?
