Pathetic service on delivery times

I won a R5000.00 voucher two weeks ago and placed my order on black Friday as the voucher was only valid on the 29th of November.

The delivery was only 5-7 working days, which is now longer than 10 days,

I keep calling to follow up but wait 20 minutes no with answer.

This is not a nice experience to be having especially seeing as I "won" a voucher which I'm seriously starting to think was more of a prank
