Pathetic service from Zando!!!

Frustrated...

I placed an order with Zando on the 9th of December 2019 for 2 tops which were Christmas gifts. The tops never arrived, I wrote to customer care as well as to the Zando complaints department and never received the courtesy of a response. On the 27th of December I received a notification that my order was dispatched. Today the 3rd January 2019 I called Zando and was advised that my items were still to be scanned at the Distribution centre so it can be delivered. Furthe the lady I spoke to advised that she would send me feedback today and since hasn't. If Zando could not fulfill the order then they should have informed me of same.

I will never support Zando again, please be weary when purchasing items as gifts from Zando.
