Pathetic Service From Zando

Placed an order with Zando on the 3 December 2018 and fifteen emails later and a rude operate at the call center on the 21/12/2018 + holding on for over 15min for an operate to answer the phone , nothing has been done. No phone call, just random emails . This is pathetic service from Zando .
