Pathetic service from Zando

I am so furious with the customer service actually lack thereof.I have placed an order on 26/11/18 and to date made several attempts to contact them.No body answers the phone after 35min of holding.Nobody replies to emails.no body administers their Facebook page.i have read only complaints regarding their delivery.i am furious!
