Pathetic Service from Zando

My name is Bridgette Ngobeni. And I am very unhappy with the service I receive from Zando.Their service is the worst and a total nightmare.

I've purchased something from Zando last month, and on the 6th of this month I then requested a collection of what I had purchased as it wasn't the style I had hoped for, 8days later it was collected after sending out countless emails inquiring about the collection which was to be made to my house.

And since the 6th until today nothing has been heard from zando about the cash refund which I had requested upon returning the pants I had ordered.

Their service is pathetic and an absolute nitemare,no one deserves to be treated that way especially when you are a loyal customer.

I'm very disappointed.
