Pathetic service from zando

I made a purchase from zando about 2 weeks ago, when I recieved my parcel, the shoe I had bought as a gift for my friend was unfortunately to big... So I had to request a refund... I was at work Monday when they courier arrived at my home to collect... I had no idea when it was scheduled and so It wasn't ready for collection, I'm now trying to get hold of time, via emails they never never respond and I've been trying to call them since 10, it just rings, no answers, I'm actually not even sure if I'm getting my refund, but lesson learned, I will never make another purchase with them again in my life! Pathetic service! Honestly pathetic... I'm very disappointed
