Pathetic Service from Zando

I purchased a pair of \Utopia Boots\" from Zando. The boots are very poor quality, and I booked a return on April 2016. It took Zando more than a week to collect the item. I am situated doen the road from them. When speaking with the Customer Service agents on Live chat, they are so unprofessional. They answer with 1 liner sentences and never give more information that what you ask.Z'Cruz is the worst. They were so non-chalon and I even had to ask for an apology after weeks has passed. Now they advised that my refund will also take a week. Zando, your staff really needs soft skills training. No answer from the complaints email as well. I will never shop at Zando again.<br> "
