Pathetic Service Delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never purchasing from Zando again, their services are pathetic. What's the point of having a time frame ? 8 Days later from ordering and paying for my goods and I still haven't received it. Called the call centre and they can't assist as they don't have the couriers contact details. What bull**** is that ?

Zando, just because you guys are making more than enough money, does not give you the right to treat your customers like ****, without your customers you guys wouldn't have a damn business.

You lost a customer that actually buys from you guys more than once a month.
