Pathetic Service and Zero Accountability

I placed my order number *** late November and received update that it had been dispatched for delivery between 7 and 11 Dec. I have heard NOTHING to date. I have tried the call Centre twice, waiting to 10 mins + and got through to NO ONE! I even sent an email query on15 Dec and still nothing! I have now even left Gauteng for KZN for the vacation and have mo idea where my items are and when I will ever get them, if at all. I feel ****med and need urgent response on this.
