Pathetic service and unaccounted

I order a boot in February this year and they sent me the wrong size,I have returned the item 3 times and they still sending the incorrect size.they either sent a smaller or bigger size, now that I told the towards the end of May that I want my refund and no longer want the shoe coz its clear they don't know what they are doing I'm getting the run around from the agents and yesterday the 3rd of June I called them again and spoke to Fatima from the call center who had the guts to cut the phone on me when I inquired about my refund.I have called this morning again and the team leaders don't want to take my calls or return my calls.Zando is really pathetic and regret ever ordering from them. I want my money back
