Pathetic service

Zando duplicated an order I placed on the 14th of Dec and double charged me. I immediately tried to call call centre to no avail!! No one exists at that call centre!! I have sent numerous emails not to mention the pathetic customer care centre that does not exist as no one answers the calls!!! Will never match up to Superbalist!!
