Pathetic service

I have had the worst experience with this company I ordered a size 6 got a size 5 fitted the shoe and realised it was too small have returned it now they say its too dirty for them to take I must arrange for the shoe to be redelivered at my cost for what I dont know what I would do with it. they have ruined online shopping experience. I am a size 6 i then ordered 2 other shoes they delivered 2 shoes that are exactly the same even this size 7 is even small. I am disgusted with these people they can never get anything right.
