Pathetic service

<p>I placed an order on 9 November for a pair of shoes, I paid an extra amount to have the shoes delivered next day. On the 10 November I called @12 noon to confirm deliver the lady said the delivery will take place yesterday by 17h00 and was unable to give me a tracking number or details of the courier company as that is not how it works with Zando. I called again at 16:30 as I still haven't received my order and I need the shoes urgently for a wedding the lady said I must wait until 17:00 as that is the time the courier company delivers until. I called again at 17:15 to complain that I haven't received my order and I need the shoes, I was told it was due to the floods, why wasn't this told when o called at 12. Trying to call the whole day today, 11 November and unable to get through nobody has called to say when the new deliver will take place. </p>
