Pathetic service!!!

Zando order number : ***. After reading all the complaints about zando recently added, I'm regretting not logging on and reading them before I placed my order last week. I paid extra for next day delivery as I was leaving to go on holiday 4 days after placing my order. 2 working days later, I called the call center to enquire about the delivery status of my order and a lady answered and honestly didn't know herself what sort of lie to come up with as an excuse for their pathetic service. She sounded very confused and blamed the courier company for the delay. She advised that she requested the courier company to call me the same day as it will be delivered later that evening. As I expected no call, no delivery and I am now leaving to go on holiday without my order. I have told all my friends and family who are regular zando customers about my experience and advised them not to waste their time and money on zando again.
