Pathetic service!!!!

If a zero star rating was possible, I would have given Zando one.

I ordered on November 25th and, to this date, there has been no communication whatsoever regarding delivery. No response to emails and calls never get answered.

Items were meant to be a birthday present but that has passed now.

Can the company kindly process a refund since they are struggling to effect delivery.
