Pathetic service

I placed an order on Saturday the 28th of November 2015.<br> <br> Your website says delivery will take 3-5 working days.<br> <br> 5 working days has come and gone and I have not received the goods. I have also not received feedback to the emails that I sent.<br> <br> This was the first time I used Zando and it will definitely be the last.<br> <br> The service is absolutely pathetic.
