Pathetic service

Personally so sick and tired of the customer care that zando provides. I have time and time again been let down by Zando and what they provide, while I love the clothes they sell and often the prices and specials that come with shopping at Zando. I seem to be the the customer that is constantly let down, recently purchasing quite a few things with quite a nice check out price. Only to be left in the dark for over a week on where my shipment is considering it should take 3-5 days I was then told after about 8 days sorry my product is out of stock but here is your voucher. i then complain to them to say this is not on only to have no communication back finally today I get a sorry for the delay but sorry your stock was not here, with a bunch of excuses as to they busy, moving etc. etc. this is a week later that. Come on pathetic service so sick of the experience with them.
