PATHETIC SERVICE

I've been waiting for my parcel to be collected since the 8th of June 2018. I've been calling the call center since then and each day a consultant advises me that the courier will come the next day. I called again yesterday and was advised that the courier will came today. I'm in need of a refund and won't receive it until my parcel arrives at the warehouse. Please call me urgently to arrange for a collection and a refund. I will never purchase on Zando again!!!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'M PUBLISHING THIS REVIEW!!!
