Pathetic Service

I place and order with Zando on the 13th of September, was planning on using the outfit for an event on the 23rd, i thought that was more than sufficient time to have the items by me and their email confirmed that i should receive delivery by 20 September, well its the 22nd and still nothing, i call and get no sutisfactory answer, in the past i would receive my parcels from them in time, just looks as though Zando has dropped the ball, word of advise if you are in a hurry for your goods look else where not Zando
