Pathetic Service

<p>I ordered a pair of jeans on the 26th of December and they ought to have been delivered on the 3rd of January 2017 but nothing was delivered and no communication whatsoever on the cause of the delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I followed up and today 16/01/2017 I was told the courier cannot deliver for an unmentioned reason.... What happened to communication and good customer service? </p>
