Pathetic service

I purchased my order recently and now i received an email stating that my order has been cancelled, i was really looking forward to own those sneakers now these is some poor excuse of there is no stock i mean why will yourll have it advertised and then dont have stock this does not make any sense seriously this service is unacceptable and really *********** to be honest
