Pathetic online **** business

Placed an order on 30 November, after a few days the item is apparently out of stock. I received a credit voucher which I refused and requested my money back. It's been two weeks now. They no longer responding to emails it's only automated emails that we receive. They not answering their landlines. Their service is beyond pathetic, that made me hate shopping online for good!!
