Pathetic , once again

This will be my second complaint to Zando for a parcel not arriving on time despite my paying the additional Express delivery charge.

Your partners Courier IT have delayed my delivery due to their own mistakes. They are absolutely pathetic and I cannot understand why on earth you would in trust your clients with people , who have terrible reviews as well.

I am extremely disappointed and will never use Zando or Courier IT. We are going away tomorrow so I will not receive my item on time. Its extremely disappointing. I expect to be refunded for my Express delivery at the very least.
