Pathetic . Looking for ways not to refund my purchases

Pathetic . Looking for ways not to refund my purchases. I received my order on 03/06/2019 at 2pm. When I got home, I tried the shoes on and decided not to keep them. At 18.05pm, same day - I requested a return for the 3 items I had purchased. On 12/06/2019 I received an email to say the return has been received and being processed. On the 20/06/2019 I called them, as there was no progress in the past week. They then told me there were only 2 item in the box returned. I said my box was very well sealed and if someone in the warehouse tampered with the item in the box … I cannot be held responsible. Today - 25/06/2019 I called again on the progress, I was then told that one of the pairs of shoes were worn. I asked the lady to look at the timeline of delivery and the request for the return (4 hours) when was I supposed to wear these shoes? I am still waiting for feedbac**** They don't call the client or email when they have questions , they leave things pending until the client calls them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
