Pathetic excuse for an online shop. You'll get your items sooner if you order it from overseas.

Placed an order on 26 November, by 5 December the order status has not changed. The items are not even shipped yet. The estimated delivery time to major centres is 3 days, it has now 9 days and there's simply no signs of the items being received at any time within the next couple of days. The call centres don't answer their phones. I've tried 4 times, staying on hold for 20 - 35 min before just hanging up the call. Utterly pathetic!
