Pathetic customer service from Zando

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Zando website. According to the companies policy delivery takes 3-5 days. Today is the 5th day and I have heard anything from the company. I attempted contacting their customer care line however no one actually operates that line as I was kept on hold for more than 10min. Twice- on the 18th and again on the 19th December. Their service is truly pathetic!
