Pathetic customer service and online support. DON'T order from Zando!

I have been waiting for my order for 10 days (delivery is supposed to be between 3-5 days) and I have tried contacting Zando on every single platform, including email, Facebook, Instagram and I've tried calling them as well without receiving any response or updates. I don't even know if I'll ever receive my package or get a refund. Their advertising is false and their customer service and online support is non existent. Absolute PATHETIC service. I have never had this problem with Superbalist before.
