Pathetic Customer Service!!!

I placed an order with ZANDO.CO.ZA fashion . lifestyle . online for a few items, however one of my items were not received in the box. I have sent them numerous emails and till today I have not received a response. There call centres are closed due to Covid-19, however they say that they take 2 working days to respond to their customers, it is now the 7th day and I have not received any feedback as to whether they will be delivering my missing item or giving me a refund. I am usually a loyal customer of ZANDO.CO.ZA fashion . lifestyle . online, however right now I must say that their customer service is pathetic!
