Pathetic Customer Service

I put in a request for an item to be returned on the 14th of May 2020, and nothing since has happened, and more than a month has passed. I have sent numerous emails to the company and did not even receive a reply on the last 3. This is the most unprofessional and pathetic service that I have dealt with.
