Pathetic customer service

I placed an order with zando on the 15th December 2018. Their standard business delivery time is 3-5 business days. I've followed up numerous times via email and telephonically, but their customer experience is so terrible that neither avenue resulted in me getting any feedback from zando. Today, the 27th they send me an email that one item I ordered is no longer in stock and that they have credited my zando account. Why on earth would I want to spend my money on anything at zando after such a terrible experience. I paid for the specific item, and since it is no longer in stock (which by the way, that's also terrible service to sell items that are no longer in stock) I want my money returned to my bank account.

I will never buy anything from zando in future!!!!
