Pathetic customer service

Pathetic online store. I've been trying to get hold of them for a week to ask them about my order that was placed and paid for on the 7th of Dec. I've send emails, phoned about 10 times and after 10min I just gave up because no one is answering. I've been a loyal customer and use to love Zando's stuff but I'd rather shop somewhere else. I've also told them that I will be going on holiday Friday and therefor need to know when the delivery will take place because I need the stuff for my holiday. But with no luck. Still waiting for an answer. They just don't care about their clients.
