Pathetic customer experience

over the past 3 weeks I have ordered from Zando 4 times, because of the sale. I firstly had a problem where an sms was sent to me saying my order will be delivered on a certain day,at 5pm that day no order arrived, I was contacted by angelo who told me that the delivery guy came to the address,rang the bell and no1 answered so he returned, my address is for a company so this story is a lie, there is no bell etc, the delivery guy then arrived at 19:30 that night, without even an apology. I then returned a pair of boots 2 days ago and never heard about that, today I logged on to return a shirt that was delivered 2 days ago but the site didn't allow me to as the status wasn't changed to delivered. I contacted Z'Cruz on chat only to be shocked at the pathetic service this person provides me with, this person has a poor attitude and should not be in a position to interact with customers. I still have 2 items to return and haven't heard regarding 1 item I have already returned., You guys suck.
