pathetic customer care line

I called zando customer centre, got the automated voice and waited to be transferred to a consultant...five minutes later i was stil listening to the jingle. I decided to drop the call and try again. This time around, 8 minutes later, am stil listening to the jingle. ...no consultant. the calls were made between 12:30 & 12:42 yet no assistance. This despite their website stating that their hours are from 8-13h00 on saturday. Time and airtime wasted. Not sure if worth placing my next order with them...
