Pathetic after sales service

I purchased a running shoe brand The North face ultra trail shoe blue. I got the shoe to my surprise it's was red and not even the size. Not too perturbed as I was excited to receive and it fitted so the colour did not matter delivery was fast. Not even 6 months down the line the shoe and stitching start coming loose I look well after my things and did play soccer with them. I mean it's not like I paid R100 it was over R1000. I called Zando to my surprise the consultant advises me I can't return them. I told him it's bit even a like I plan to break them. She said there was nothing I can do I must use glue and fix it I MEAN LIKE SERIOUS NOW. What kind of service or company are you running. Where the customer comes last. I want this matter sorted or I will seek legal help maybe then I will be heard.
