Overdue delivery of my stuff

On 22/11/2017 I placed an order for 3 items and only payed on 27/11/2017, I was told I will receive my items between 4-6 DEC but nothing has been delivered. I have emailed, complained and called call center but no help, I am really angry and disgusted by Zando as I have been a loyal client to them but only receiving this extremely poor service. Am done with Zando this time
