Over it. All patience lost!

Placed an order on the 24th November and when I started receiving those "late delivery" emails, I decided to be patient and wait it out instead of stressing myself by calling and emailing. Finally, in past two days I've received SMS notifications each day to say that my parcel is with the courier and it will be delivered... and still nothing. PATHETIC. THE WORST.
